[Apocalypse] [Ensemble Cast] [No Supernatural Powers]
My name is Chen Mo, and this world has gone mad.
The day the blood rain fell, every human became a carrier of the virus.
Those who couldn't hold out mutated within three hours. They ran faster than dogs, consumed by nothing but madness.
And there was an even crueler rule
You didn't have to be bitten. If you were badly injured or died, within seconds you'd get back up and lunge at the people closest to you.
Chen Mo was trapped in his university dormitory. The floors below swarmed with monsters, the signal was gone, and the food would last only a few days.
Hundreds of kilometers away, his father was holding out at their farm, with a piece of red cloth raised on the watchtower.
"Amo, when you see the red cloth, you'll know home is still there."
The road home crossed a land of death. There were extremely mutated creatures, monsters almost as fast as cheetahs, and survivors even more unpredictable than the monsters.
The world had gone haywire, and every kind of demon and monster had appeared.
Where were the gods? Where were they now?
This disaster was plainly meant to wipe out humanity, leaving no chance of survival.
Then a voice came over the radio: a professor studying the virus at a military shelter.
"This is evolution."
The "seed" inside your body would awaken if you were badly injured or died.
Don't get hurt. Don't die.
Keep moving forward.
