Censor An Pei wakes from a grievous injury with no memory of her past.
She wants only to live in peace, keep to her duties, and protect her mother.
But the aloof Grand Princess, who once clashed with her at every turn, has been losing her composure and drawing closer at every opportunity since An Pei awoke.
Underhanded currents stir in the court, diplomatic tensions rise, and hazy dreams of the past haunt her night after night.
The amnesiac, solitary courtier has nowhere to run. Only then does she realize that beneath years of confrontation in the deep palace lies an attachment no one else can understand.
The writing is quite good and the plot is okay, but the intersection of the two heroines is a bit sparse. I saw Mrs. An escorting her into a coma, and then there was a flashback. I don't know if it was a flashback until the end, or she had already woken up. I really didn't have the patience to read the rest. The emotional part of the ancient novel is actually quite good, but the progress is too slow. I also suggest making the subtitle more obvious. I want to see if Mr. An wakes up, but I haven't found it yet😅
I like it very much, very good ❤️
