Dust of Houtu

[Descendant of the Wu Clan]+ [Slow Burn]+ [Western Fantasy Setting]+ [Invincible Physique]+ [Gradual Awakening]

At the end of the Primordial Era, the Wu Clan was wiped out.

In the Underworld, Houtu shed a single crystalline tear. It fell to the ground, shaking the entire realm. The Ten Kings of Hell, the Blood River Asuras, and countless ghost officers and soldiers, no matter how powerful, were all crushed to the ground by an immense pressure.

At last, she understood.

The Primordial World had no place for the Wu Clan.

But she would not let the clan die out.

She traveled across the Primordial World, gathering every drop of Ancestral Wu blood that remained after their deaths. She carved away a fragment of the world's edge and refined it into a small world.

Then she moved her own transformed body, the Six Paths of Reincarnation, into it. Using reincarnation as a crucible and the source of a Saint's power as a catalyst, she hoped to fuse the true blood of the Twelve Ancestral Witches and recreate Pangu's true blood.

Alas, she failed.

She fell at the final reincarnation.

The source of the Saint's power was spent, no longer able to hide the secrets of fate. The Heavenly Dao's gaze was about to fall upon this small world.

With nowhere left to turn, she could only destroy the Six Paths of Reincarnation with her own hands. The foundation of her sainthood collapsed before her, scattering into a cloud of dust vast enough to conceal the secrets of fate. Deep in the ruins of reincarnation, a spatial passage to an unknown otherworld slowly opened. With the last of her power, she wrapped it around the boy who carried the true blood of the Twelve Ancestral Witches and sent him through.

Twelve-year-old Hou Chen awoke in the Forest of Magical Beasts.

Though he carried the true blood of the Twelve Ancestral Witches, even a first-rank magical beast could bully him.

Watch as Hou Chen progresses from manipulating mud and sand to splitting the earth and shattering mountains, from stirring the earth's veins to commanding mountains and rivers.

The dust of Houtu will one day make the Wu Clan's light shine anew across this otherworld.
