After Awakening the Yama System, I Build a New Underworld

It's the same reincarnation for everyone, but while others are born in the world of the living, Xiao Xun is born in the underworld. There is no order in the underworld, so he sets out to establish it.

Main Story: Before reincarnating, Xiao Xun draws on the experience of his previous life and slips money to the Black and White Impermanence. "Seventh Lord, Eighth Lord, this time I want to be reborn as someone really powerful."

The Black and White Impermanence mull it over for a long time. Xiao Xun thinks he's got it in the bag. After he's born, he eagerly checks what he looks like and discovers he's a creature resembling a little snake, with two horns on its head.

I wanted to be reborn as a human. How did I end up as a dragon?

[Congratulations, Host, you have awakened the King of Hell System. From this day on, every step you take will prepare you to become the future ruler of the underworld.]

A System resembling a little tiger speaks in his ear.

The underworld is full of demons and monsters. They kill and burn, bent on destroying heaven and earth, while the kind and law-abiding have nowhere to turn for protection.

Xiao Xun looks at the demons and monsters stretching across the sky and swallows nervously. "System, are you sure? You mean I have to take them on and become the future Lord King of Hell?"

Later, the highest-ranking monsters in the underworld go weak in the knees at the sight of Xiao Xun and drop straight to the ground.

A little monster jeers, [What's there to fear? He's just a little dragon!]

Before it can finish, the little monster gets slapped.

The highest-ranking monster snaps, [Shut up! That's the new Lord King of Hell. If you don't want to die, get down and kneel!]
