When I wrote this book, I did not intend for Lu Mingyuan to be invincible from the beginning and crush him all the way. Rather than having a sudden enlightenment, I want to write about how a poor kid never knew how to write and fell behind in memorizing, but slowly found a method that suits him and strives for his own opportunities bit by bit.
This book actually contains some of my experiences and feelings. For example, being compared when studying, encountering something that you are not good at, having tried hard but not seeing the results for the time being, and having family members who are not very expressive but will silently support you in small things. These may not completely copy reality, but many of the emotions and details come from the life I have actually experienced.
