Journey to the West: What's Wrong with This System?

Sun Wukong leaps out of a stone and finds a “Heavenly Dao System” in his mind. Every day, it issues absurd missions: become king, pick peaches, find the Wi-Fi password. Fail, and it deducts years from his life. Succeed, and he earns “slacking-off time.” He discovers that the Three Realms are all code, the immortals are administrators, the demons are NPCs, and he is a virus among viruses. His master, Subhuti, is a bug from the previous generation who teaches him to exploit glitches, milk the system, and crash it. The Journey to the West? That's the Heavenly Dao 2.0 installation program. Becoming a Buddha? That just means becoming part of the System. Who'd sign up for this lousy job? He just wants to gripe.
