During the severe snow famine in 1960, Lu Chen was swept away by his eccentric mother and all his pension was taken away. He was separated from the family and thrown into a broken house on the mountainside. In the cold winter, he was short of food and clothing, and was about to freeze to death.
Outside the house, three female educated youths huddled in the snow. Their food rations were deducted by the village bullies and they were dying. At the critical moment, the explosion rate system of all things is implemented, and modern materials are randomly dropped when hunting and gathering herbs.
Hunting hares yields pork belly, rice noodles and snacks, while digging ginseng yields cotton-padded clothes, banknotes and daily necessities. Lu Chen renovated the wooden house on the spot and built it into a cold-proof fortress. There was a long fire in the house, and there was enough stew, shabu-shabu, and fine rice and white noodles every day.
In the villages at the foot of the mountain, people were so hungry that they gnawed tree bark, and neighbors and relatives fought over the moldy sweet potatoes. All the relatives were sure that Lu Chen had already buried his body in the barren mountain. They came to the door in the snow to ask for food. When they opened the door, they were hit by the strong smell of meat.
Looking at the food and meat piled up all over the house, relatives who used to be mean knelt down to beg for food. Lu Chen was holding the broth and refused coldly: When you kicked me out, why didn't you think of leaving a ration?
Very nice, thank you author
