Two male leads, domineering CEO, angsty romance, and only each other.
When the whip came down, he still knelt ramrod straight, as if the pain had never reached him.
But no one knew that beneath the flesh of the one wielding the whip, his body was already covered in bloody wounds.
He was his servant, and also the weakness he could never bring himself to confess. Every lash was like a silent act of self-destruction: the more he kept quiet, the more his heart shattered.
He could not speak of the reason. It could only become a silence darker than the night.
In a heavy snowfall, two people knelt facing each other.
Who was whose servant? Were they bound by their status, or by their feelings?
Were the lashes meant to silence the gossip, or were they a desperate disguise for something else?
The writing is very good and the characters are very vivid, but why doesn't anyone rate it? Big cheers for the author 😢
