(Scientific ghost hunting + anomalous containment + urban paranormal + not a wish-fulfillment story + character growth)
In the eastern suburbs of the city, there's a dark alley with an adult store that has no sign. Inside are the unkempt Sister Wang and a young Taoist named Zhang Kaixin.
Nobody comes by, and business is practically nonexistent. But when someone comes looking for help, what happens here isn't a business transaction.
"Someone told me you could help me solve my problem!" a person cried out in a frenzy.
Sister Wang cast a scornful glance at them and tossed a bottle of magic oil from the drawer. "Fifty yuan. For external use only. Don't swallow it, or I'm not responsible if something happens."
The person cried in alarm, "That's not what I mean! A ghost! My house is haunted!"
Sister Wang's expression changed, and she shouted toward the back room, "Kaixin!"
A young Taoist in black came out of the room. He looked lazy, as if he hadn't woken up yet. "This poor Taoist is Zhang Kaixin. What 'ghostly' business do you have?"
"By the way, we don't call it ghost hunting. We call it containment!"
"This poor Taoist advises you to believe in science!"
(Updates daily at midnight)
Hello everyone, I am the author. I don't know what I'm going to say, but I'm here anyway, so I'll say hello to everyone! If you need help from Kaixin, you can leave a message in the comments. This book is a little slower paced. I want to write a happy work that will make people laugh after reading it. I don't know what to say anymore. Anyway, thank you for reading my novel. Thank you for watching me get crazy in the book.
It's beautiful. It's beautiful. It's really beautiful. It's a good book.
