Haki Ghost Resurgence

A revival story. Stacking disclaimers: I haven't read much of the original work. I don't know how to write the rules governing vengeful ghosts. I don't know how to write the rules, I don't know how to write the rules, I don't know how to write the rules! Use your imagination. I'll see what the comments say, and if it works, I'll add the rules.
