Gin had killed many people in his life, betrayed many people, and watched countless people kneel before him and beg for mercy.
He never hesitated, never softened, or failed.
He is the sharpest knife and the coldest enforcer of the black organization.
Until today——
His cell phone rang.
A note name popped up on the screen: [Don't answer]
Gin's hand paused for half a second.
Just half a second.
Vodka next to him widened his eyes because he saw the man who had made the entire organization frightened. He took a deep breath and answered the phone in a tone that could almost be called cautious.
"... Hello."
There was silence on the other end of the phone for three seconds, and then the cold voice of a Chinese woman came——
"Gin, you didn't come home last night."
This is not a question. This is judgment.
"My mission..."
"Your mission? Your mission? Last month you said mission, and last month you also said mission. Gin, just live with your mission."
"…"
"Will you go to the parent-teacher meeting at your daughter's school next week?"
"... Go."
"Is your attitude so reluctant?"
"... I'd love to go."
Vodka witnessed the murderous Gin with his own eyes, saying "Okay wife" into the phone, then hanging up the phone, silently lighting a cigarette, with an expression as if he had just completed an S-level mission.
In an apartment far away in Tokyo, a Chinese woman hung up the phone and sighed to her daughter who was doing homework:
"Your dad also said he would be happy to go to the parent-teacher conference."
The daughter didn't even raise her head: "It looks like he was punished by the organization."
This is just an ordinary day at the Gin House!

My goodness, the author wrote so well! Found this by accident last night! So pretty! Every character in it is vividly drawn! They have their own emotions, especially Gin. I saw a different Gin. He would give up everything for his family. He could learn what he didn't know. After completing the task, he would buy red bean bread and give it back to his daughter. It was better than any fanfic I had read! Although the ending was very hasty and did not detail how Gin and Hongfang cooperated, in short the ending was good, and Vodka also lived a happy life in China! I hope they can be happy and healthy forever!
There was no red-black duel in the first Conan fan novel, almost no red side left the factory, and Conan only appeared sporadicly, and the angle was very novel.
