In 2027, the underground world is ruled by a set of darknet rules called the Black Domain Protocol. Territory, transactions, pursuits, and money laundering can all be redefined by the code. In a dilapidated Internet cafe in Nancheng, Chen Mo appears to be just a good-for-nothing boss waiting to die, but in fact he is a dangerous man who can use neural access to control electronic devices. The massacre of his family seven years ago took away his eldest brother and buried the legacy of a genius hacker code-named Zero in his mind.
When North City gangster Huo Dongsheng moved south with the authority to modify the black domain agreement, Chen Mo was forced to take action again.
