1940, Shanghai Concession. Su Yan, who ostensibly runs the "Chen Kee Tea House", is actually a hidden agent of the military command, codenamed "Celadon." His mission is to maintain the operation of the underground intelligence station under the close surveillance of the Japanese and puppets, and to safely send a top-secret intelligence about the war situation in Central China, the deployment map of the "Sakura Project", out of Shanghai. Every day, he deals with enemies disguised as tea guests, policemen, and even neighbors, engaging in a silent battle of life and death between the fragrance of tea and the flow of funds.
