The protagonist obtains hidden wealth by recycling abandoned "unfinished buildings", recycles "skilled garbage" that others have forgotten and becomes an all-around genius, and finally discovers the truth of the world - the world itself is a huge garbage dump, and the system is the final program used to clean up the previous round of civilization.
