There is a Ci'an Hospital on the edge of the city that has been abandoned for thirty years. Legend has it that its elevator is still functioning. Someone has tried that if you press the 13th floor button, the elevator will run for thirteen seconds longer. When the elevator door opens again, you will reach another world - the Ci'an Hospital there is brightly lit and bustling with people, but all the rules are reversed: doctors treat patients behind the consultation desk, medical records are written in blood, and it is always the same moonless midnight outside the window. You have to find the only person in that world who wants to help you and get the "key" to return, otherwise you will become a new batch of "residents" in the hospital who can never leave.
