His grandparents work in the underworld, and his parents hold posts in the Celestial Court. Yet Chu Ye, the sole descendant of the “Human Emperor's bloodline,” is stuck on Earth as a lowly corporate drone in training.
Until one day in class, the aloof campus beauty Feng Xiaoxiao suddenly erupts with corpse energy and turns into a walking corpse right before everyone's eyes!
To save her, Chu Ye is forced to reveal his no-nonsense exorcism skills!
His combo hits like a tiger, and the campus beauty's life is saved, but... she's lost her soul and turned into a silly sweetheart who only wants to be hugged!
Classmates: “Shocking! Chu Ye unbuckled his pants in class, kissed the campus beauty, then carried her off to his rental apartment!”
Police in the interrogation room: “You turned the richest man's daughter into an imbecile, and you still dare demand an eighty-eight-thousand-yuan exorcism fee? Get ready to spend the rest of your life behind bars!”
The richest man and future father-in-law, Feng Xiao: “Lock down the whole city! Drown that guy surnamed Chu in the river! I want him to wish he were dead!”
The mature campus beauty: “Chu Ye... hee hee, kiss me...”
Faced with a citywide manhunt and pursuit by both the underworld and the authorities, Chu Ye sighs helplessly and quietly calls the underworld.
“Hello? Grandpa, strange phenomena are returning to the human world. Can I borrow a hundred thousand underworld soldiers?”
When a hundred ghosts roam at night and the whole city is gripped by panic, the richest man arrives at Chu Ye's door with his entire fortune and kneels there trembling.
“Celestial Master Chu! I was blind before. Please accept my trillion-yuan fortune and marry my daughter right away!”
Chu Ye: “Marriage is fine, but it'll cost extra!”
