The Scapegoat on the Seventh Face

Former captain of the criminal investigation squad Fu Xiao wakes up in a hexagonal room with no memory. A voice called “Mr. Rubik’s Cube” tells him: six walls, six colors, six murders. Solve each case, and he’ll recover a piece of his memory.

He begins investigating. In the red room, an arrogant architect is pinned to an angel statue; in the orange room, an envious opera singer has their vocal cords destroyed; in the yellow room, a furious boxer has twenty-seven bones broken; in the green room, a lazy nurse has her breathing tube pulled out; in the blue room, a greedy financial fraudster has his mouth and nose sealed with wax; in the purple room, the victim of lust is the seventh woman in his diary.

At every crime scene, the killer leaves the same codename: “The Architect.”

Fingerprints, handwriting, surveillance footage: every piece of evidence points to Fu Xiao himself. A talking white snake whispers in his ear, leading him toward the truth and the brink of madness.

But he doesn’t know that the real killer is watching him confess from right beside him.

Six colors, six evils of human nature. When the seventh wall opens, he discovers that he is neither detective nor killer, but a perfectly crafted scapegoat, designed with meticulous care.
