Reborn in the 1970s: The Old Lady Leaves Her Husband and Children

[Period] [The 1970s] [Ensemble cast] [Reborn] [Feel-good] [Has a golden finger] [Family and village life]

Eighty-year-old Sun Yongping is reborn on the very day her most beloved youngest son is framed. In her previous life, she devoted everything to protecting the wife and children he left behind after his untimely death, earning the resentment of her other children and condemning herself to a lonely old age. But what she could never rest in peace over was that the two grandsons she had defended against all her other children weren’t even her youngest son’s flesh and blood. They were the illegitimate children her daughter-in-law had with another man. Reborn, the old woman decides to change her fate from the ground up.

She kicks out the worthless man who plays the good guy in public but takes his frustrations out on his family, and who fools around with a widow. She cuts ties with the son whose brain is full of shit. Putting her children aside, she works hard to make money. As long as she has money, she’ll never be short of dutiful children and grandchildren.

Her casual remark that once she divorced, she’d find them another “18-year-old dad” comes true, except this man is eighteen in body, but his soul has been through three cycles of reincarnation...
