Xiao Tian transmigrated into the Pokemon world. He spent his early years as an orphan wandering from place to place, until Professor Oak took him in.
At sixteen, Xiao Tian set off on a journey with Riolu, whose left eye wouldn’t open and whose muscles had atrophied.
On the first day of his journey, he bound a Character Trait System.
[You can draw one random trait per day. The character and trait rank are both random.]
[Beginner’s bonus: One free ten-pull, guaranteed to include one gold trait...]
[Starting ten-pull. Congratulations, Host, you drew Sasuke from Naruto (gold trait)!]
Without hesitation, Xiao Tian bound Sasuke’s trait to Riolu. As soon as the bond was complete, Riolu unleashed Aura Chidori to resolve a crisis involving Team Rocket... Later, when it opened its left eye, a Sharingan was revealed.
After catching a Shiny Caterpie, he drew the Dragon Ball character Son Goku (gold trait). Caterpie could power up, float, and even Mega Evolve, then Mega Evolve again... Let’s call it Rayquaza!

After catching Diancie, he bound the Dragon Ball character Android 18 (gold trait), granting Infinite Energy...
As Xiao Tian continued drawing traits, his entire main team gained gold traits, and every Pokemon pushed further and further beyond its species’ limits!
During their travels, he and Cynthia became traveling companions. They challenged Gym Leaders, competed in tournaments, and explored ruins, and their feelings for each other gradually grew.
Along the way, Xiao Tian discovered that Cynthia was actually Nana, the girl he’d saved years ago.
One day, Xiao Tian entered the Sinnoh League Championship’s opening ceremony.
Host: “Please welcome the current Sinnoh Champion, Cynthia!”
Xiao Tian: “Wasn’t Nana supposed to become Champion next year? Why did it happen early?”
The final ended, but the story continued...
All the way to the opening of the Pokémon World Championships…
