You Call That a Sharingan? I Call It Pinkeye

I transmigrated into Naruto as an orphan of the Uchiha clan. I have no memories of the original story.

My only golden finger is the eye strain, light sensitivity, and deep-seated soul pain caused by the congenital red-eye disease I had in my previous life. I also have a good-for-nothing body with congenitally blocked meridians, making it forever impossible for me to refine chakra.

Then, a year before the clan’s massacre, an elderly outcast forgotten by his clan handed me the Eightfold Bone-Forging Art of the I Ching, a technique suited only to those with zero chakra. In the first four stages, my vital energy remains contained and imperceptible, so I’m still an invisible figure whom outsiders see as “physically weak.” In the final four stages, golden energy surges skyward, and I finally forge a third path unique to the Uchiha: relying neither on the Sharingan nor on ninjutsu, I reach the pinnacle of the shinobi world through my body alone, standing as the equal and opposite of the Eight Gates.

This is a story of “everyone misunderstanding everything.” At first, everyone reads far too much into my every move. Later, they finally realize that perhaps those overinterpretations weren’t wrong after all.
