Kryptonian Executioner

A hapless guy gets called out on a rainy day to eat hot pot and cheer up his friend after a divorce, only to fall into an uncovered manhole and drown!

The most powerful executioner in Krypton's history, driven to death by sheer anger after his home planet is destroyed!

A powerful System whose bluster is even stronger than its abilities, and which is hopelessly conflicted!

When all three become one, the Myriad Worlds gain an utterly unhinged, wild, and invincible executioner!
