This is a world where no Ultraman stories have ever taken place, yet it contains parallel-world counterparts of several Ultraman hosts, as well as an Earth Defense Force.
The protagonist, Hokuto Ryoma, is the son of this world's Dan Moroboshi. After Nanjō Yuko lost the ability to have children due to complications during childbirth, Dan, who already had several children, gave his youngest son, the infant Moroboshi Shin, to his good friend Hokuto Seiji and his family.
The boy was later renamed Hokuto Ryoma. By a twist of fate, he joined this universe's GUTS and even became the host of Ultraman Zero. But something is off: GUTS's members are completely different from those in the Tiga series. Not only is Julie, the blonde beauty from Powered, part of the team, but so is Georgie from Gaia. In terms of its cast, this parallel universe is truly a melting pot.
But that isn't important. In this universe, where Ultraman history is almost a blank slate, Hokuto Ryoma chooses to write an Ultraman legend of their own alongside Zero.
