The world is structured by emotions, and everything is created by feelings. Cen Yelan, a "senseless person" who was born without all emotions, was abandoned at the bottom of the emotional ruins. That day, he picked up an ancient talking coin and learned that the world's source of emotions was drying up, and that an apocalypse called "Love Silence" would erase the inner fluctuations of all living things. The coin calls itself "The Ember of the Old God", and it tells Cen Yelan that his incomplete cavity is the only container that can hold all emotions. In order to ignite the inner fire of remaking the world, he must break into the nested emotional dreams, from scorched earth anger to deepest fear, and recover the extreme emotions that have been lost for thousands of years. However, in the deepest part of the dream, the forbidden emotions sealed by the gods began to sprout quietly in his empty chest.
