Because of a political plot designed to force his family into submission, Leon is exiled to the frontier. Monsters and barbarians run rampant there, and fallen nobles are sent to die. Yet this shameless young noble refuses to despair or accept the fate laid out for him. By sheer coincidence, he falls from the sky and lands on the altar of a desperate tribe that is praying for a hero to appear. Perhaps the Goddess of the World takes pity on him, granting him an ancient spellbook hailed as the “Kingmaker.” With extraordinary intelligence, astonishing confidence, and a kingdom-building ability beyond all reason, Leon begins turning the wilderness into his domain. The nobles who exiled Leon and the king of Britannia have no idea that they have made the greatest mistake of their lives. Of all the things they could have done, they sent the future Hero King to the perfect place to build his own kingdom... a kingdom destined to sweep across the world!
