The protagonist is a petty official with only county-level government experience in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. There is no force for fighting a fierce general, and there is no later knowledge of dimensionality reduction and attack (only relatively more systematic legalist, military and administrative thinking). His only reliance is the pragmatic logic of a former grassroots civil servant and his deep understanding of the political ecology of the late Han Dynasty. He must use Luoyang's broken political window to transform the power of the powerful family into his own foundation through "conspiracy" and "dealing" instead of brainless slaps in the face, and finally become the one who makes the move on the world chessboard.
