Lin Ye works behind the scenes on a film set. He accidentally wanders into a closed survival facility disguised as an inn. Every night, names are called, and anyone who breaks the rules is sent to the underground mines. He discovers that copying talismans can briefly alter local rules, but at the cost of his memories or a piece of his body. As he uses a voice recorder to collect the manager’s calls with the financial consortium, he redraws talismans on an abandoned altar, hoping to restart the lockdown. When the council collapses and the contaminants turn on the inn, he must choose: trade all his memories for a single loophole in the rules that can save the survivors, or escape alone with the evidence.
