The Legend of Luo Xiaohei: The Fox Clan in Peril

After the war between humans and spirits ended and Ruomu was found, everything finally returned to peace. The Fox Clan is a mysterious group that has long hidden in the mountains. To keep the clan safe, they use their special abilities to conceal their presence from the outside world. For nearly a thousand years, they have had little contact with outsiders, though they have maintained ties with the main guild and its branches. As human technology has advanced rapidly, the Fox Clan has gradually emerged and kept pace with humanity. Believing that peaceful coexistence with humans was the most important thing, the clan began integrating into human society and adopting its technology. But several elders believed that as long as the clan kept out of trouble, avoided picking fights, and remained neutral, its safety would be assured. Things haven't gone the way they hoped, though: over the past six months, many members of the clan have died under mysterious circumstances. What exactly is going on? No one knows... The Fox Clan had no choice but to report the situation to the main guild. Stranger still, a fox spirit named Xiao Guai left the clan without permission and happened to run into Ximuzi and Chi Nian while they were out shopping...
