Late autumn of 1937, Shanghai Concession. Underground party member Shen Huaijin reunited with her lover Su Wanting, who was sent away by him six years ago, but his former lover has become a stranger holding a gun. He once tricked her into leaving with a cup of fake tea, saving her from the catastrophe of the Nanjing Massacre; but she joined the army six years later and was ordered to take his life.
