There are elves in this other world, how could there be no magic?
——I thought so at first.
Until I became the second son of the border earldom and began to carve out a ridiculously poor territory.
There are indeed elves, orcs, dwarves, and even adventurer guilds and source knights in this world.
But there is no such thing as "magic".
By all accounts, this is common sense.
I was the only one who felt something was wrong.
What's even more wrong is that the two people who have been with me since childhood——
The silver-haired half-elf girl always strictly limits my scope of movement, saying it is "necessary safety management";
The cat-eared maid uses the account book every day to decide whether I am "qualified to spend money" today.
... They are more like a part of the rules than the world itself.
And I just want to be a useless lord, eating and waiting to die.
Until later...

It's a bit of a running story.
Too much duplicate content
Is there a good setting for a useless protagonist? Why do people still write novels in which the main character's work will hurt him? Not to mention difficult ones, even cutting down trees is not enough, what else can he do?
The writing is good, but it feels like it suddenly changed from daily writing to horror, which is a bit stiff.
