While playing the mobile game PUBG, modern young man Xiao Xing accidentally transmigrates to the world of Shunliu in 1943. The phone he carries becomes a bridge between two different eras. He discovers that every night at seven, he can enter the game for two matches and bring the weapons, equipment, and supplies from the game into the real world. Even more excitingly, he can invite his real-life friend Su Yu to team up, creating a link between the modern era and the War of Resistance. With the help of the nation, Xiao Xing assists Chen Dalei, commander of the New Fourth Army’s Sixth Military District, in advancing technology, gathering intelligence, and upgrading equipment, changing the course of the War of Resistance.
