Ending the Family's Madness

This is a story of fate, suspense, a family curse, and a genetic secret.

My mother went mad on her thirty-eighth birthday. My older sister and brother both went mad on their eighteenth birthdays. With my own eighteenth birthday approaching, I felt as if the god of fate had already slipped a noose around my neck and tied a knot.

Later, as the sole survivor who had slipped through the net, I swore to uncover the secret behind the madness that plagued our family.

The women in our family are all stunning beauties, yet none of us can escape the word “love” or the word “madness.” Any man who marries into our family needs courage.

A poisoning, a switch, a child mistaken for someone else, and a vicious curse: together, they reveal three generations of love and hatred.
