An unknown asteroid passes by the earth, and the "stardust radiation" it brings causes everything to start to mutate crazily. Cities were reduced to wastelands, and human civilization collapsed overnight. Mutated beasts run rampant, radioactive people roam, and survivors hide underground to survive.
