An 86-year-old woman, Cheng Xiaolian, was reborn in 1953, back in her 12-year-old body.
In her previous life, she became a child bride at 12, was widowed at 30, and raised seven children alone, only to spend the rest of her life growing old and dying alone in a temple.
From the start of this life, she saved her father and gained a Mo Dou space, then worked hard with her family to build a better life.
Before she knew it, she had become a little miracle doctor. After eight years of traveling to treat patients, she returned home at 20, and suitors came one after another. She only wanted to find a strong, healthy man. She refused to repeat her past and become a widow again.
Unexpectedly, her husband from her previous life showed up at her door. "I waited for you at the Bridge of Helplessness for 50 years and came back to life with you. Now I've made something of myself, and at last I can come propose to you openly and marry you. I'll raise our children with you and keep you safe for the rest of your life."
I like it, it's well written. It turns out that this was what it was like in the 1950s.
