Journey to the West: I Upend the Three Realms with the Disbandment System

He transmigrates into Journey to the West as a lowly demon, and from the start he is on the brink of death, trapped in a sure-death situation.

But once he arrives, everything changes.

Ye Chen, a modern college student, sees through the truth of Journey to the West: the so-called pilgrimage is nothing but a heavenly-fate scam woven by immortals and Buddhas working together. Tang Sanzang is a puppet, Wukong a prisoner, Bajie a discarded pawn, Sha Wujing a tool, and the White Dragon a slave. Everyone is being manipulated, and all living beings are pawns.

Luckily, the [Three Realms Breakup System] activates.

Stir up infighting to boost his cultivation, turn powerful figures against their allies to gain divine abilities, and sabotage heavenly fate to obtain magic treasures. No grinding or spending, just grow at his own pace.

And so

Bajie is the first to defect: “Old Pig never wanted to play along in the first place!”

Sha Wujing tears away his restraint: “A flying sword pierced my chest for a thousand years. It's time to settle the score.”

The White Dragon sheds his horse's form: “Today, the dragon race reclaims its dignity!”

Wukong shatters his headband: “Old Sun isn't going to the Western Heaven for scriptures. I'm going for freedom!”

When the entire pilgrimage team rebels, when the immortals' and Buddhas' hypocrisy is exposed in public, and when the hierarchy of the Three Realms crumbles to dust

Ye Chen stands atop Spirit Mountain, looking at the bedraggled host of gods and Buddhas, and smiles faintly:

“Heard you wanted to control heavenly fate?”

“Funny, I specialize in dealing with heavenly fate.”
