Apocalypse: From a Ruined City to Red Flags Flying Everywhere

The zombie virus erupted overnight, and civilization collapsed.

Mingshui County, a large county with a population of half a million, was almost completely wiped out. The silent streets were littered with wrecked cars and shattered glass, a scene of devastation no one remained to clean up.

No System, no rebirth, no golden finger.

County Party Secretary Qin Zheng led the surviving officials, scattered units of the local garrison, the battered armed police squad and the police, along with one flag that still flew bright red.

On this silent land, they would build a city anew and make that flag fly once more.

From a single street to an entire county, from a militia company to an army of a million, from holding a lone city to the red flag sweeping across the land.

This is not one person's apocalyptic legend. It is the story of a military force and a people answering the call of their faith.

When the last spark of civilization is about to go out, someone will always stand up and rekindle it.
