Chen Xuan transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West and binds himself to an apprentice-recruitment gacha System. From the start, he builds a shabby hut on Mount Lingtai Fangcun.
Patriarch Bodhi is preaching? Everything he's teaching is wrong!
Chen Xuan: I'm here in Journey to the West to recruit apprentices. Each one I take in is a win, and every one I teach becomes a success.
When my apprentices break through, I get a draw. When my apprentices get cheat abilities, I become invincible. The more apprentices I have, the stronger I get.
Sun Wukong: Master's lessons are ten thousand times better than Patriarch Bodhi's. Old Sun is sticking with you!
Little White Dragon: Reviving the West Sea Dragon Clan is nothing. One word from Master and we're soaring!
Patriarch Bodhi: Chen Xuan has poached all my disciples. I must see what exactly he's teaching them... It's so good.
Years later, gods and Buddhas crowd Mount Fangcun, begging to become his disciples.
Journey to the West to fetch the scriptures? Isn't recruiting apprentices much better?
Chen Xuan sits securely in his hut as he opens more and more gacha boxes.
Before he knows it, he has overpowered all three realms.
