Yunchuan transmigrates into the Hokage world with a Judge System.
Any war sparked by a dispute over an item will trigger the Judge System's ruling function. Yunchuan will preside over a fair, impartial, and public contest to decide who gets it.
The winner receives a random reward, while the loser gets a random punishment. The judge randomly copies one item from a winning contestant, including but not limited to ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, Kekkei Genkai, chakra, a Tailed Beast, and more.
From the start, it is the [Scroll of Seals Contest]. Naruto Uzumaki and Mizuki have reached the final stage of their standoff over the [Scroll of Seals]. Just as they are on the brink of a fight, the [Scroll of Seals] flies into the hands of Yunchuan, who has suddenly appeared.
“First, never let your emotions get the better of you!”
“Second, never let a single bad deed go unjudged!”
“Third, always deliver justice with style!”
“I’ll be the judge of this contest. The Judge Ninja, Yunchuan, is here!”
From that day on, everyone in the shinobi world notices a pattern: whenever they try to compete for something, this guy who calls himself the Judge Ninja immediately appears, faster than the Yellow Flash ever was.
Then the Fourth Shinobi World War breaks out, and a mysterious Masked Man calling himself Madara Uchiha declares war on the entire shinobi world!
That man appears before everyone once more, placing Naruto Uzumaki and Killer B on a high platform before publicly announcing that the [Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails Contest] has officially begun!
The Allied Shinobi Forces face off against an army of one hundred thousand White Zetsu. The victor gets the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. (The prize is not eligible to compete!)
