One Piece: I Can Exchange Anything, Starting with the Marines

(Daily updates guaranteed) (Marine faction) (No female lead) (Hand-to-hand combat) This is my first fanfiction, so please feel free to offer feedback on anything I could improve. I won’t take it personally. After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, Noah obtains the Exchange Devil Fruit! He can swap locations, swap space, swap anything and everything! An enemy is about to attack? Swap them straight into the sky, ten thousand meters up, and let them hit the ground like a smear of meat! An enemy tries to pin him down? He instantly swaps positions and launches a counterattack with ease! As he develops his Devil Fruit powers, Noah discovers he can even extract the abilities of Devil Fruit users who have died! Starting out as a low-ranking Marine, he exchanges everything, claims every Devil Fruit ability, sweeps across the Four Seas, crushes the New World, and becomes the only Marine legend in the history of piracy!
