When death becomes the score, human nature is the script. The down-and-out screenwriter Jiang Che is drawn into an infinite escape game called "Script". There are no monsters to upgrade, only the most extreme moral dilemmas - the tram problem, the sacrificial village, the prisoner's dilemma... Each copy forces the player to make a choice. However, the raters are not systems, but "observers" from higher dimensions, who are obsessed with appreciating the struggles and choices of lower-dimensional life. Relying on his understanding of drama, Jiang Che turned every escape into an exquisite improvisation, but in the process he discovered that the game itself is the biggest trap, and his partner Su Wanting may be the only key to breaking the fourth wall. When the performance loses its audience and when the script is completely torn to pieces, Jiang Che must answer the ultimate question: Under the absolute test of human nature, will you still choose to be yourself?
