This collection is best enjoyed in bite-sized installments. One story per chapter, one flower, one world.
[Short Story Collection] [Chinese-Style Horror] [Based on True Events]
[Crime and Suspense] [Folklore] [Psychological Horror]
[Late-Night Files] [Cold Cases Reopened] [Twists and Turns]
If you've done nothing wrong, you needn't fear a knock at the door in the dead of night.
But if a ghost really came calling, would you dare open the door?
This book includes a special horror rating system:
S: Extremely terrifying. Enter at your own risk; you may not sleep a wink.
A: Very frightening. Your heart will keep pounding long after you finish.
B: Moderately scary. It'll give you chills, but you can handle it.
C: Mildly scary. A good starting point for timid readers.
Every story is marked with its horror rating before it begins.
If you're easily scared, proceed at your own pace.
Not cliche, but innovative. The reading experience of the first story was very good! Many short stories have blank endings, which make my hair stand on end the more I think about them. The text is not gorgeous, but the pictures are very strong. It is easy to get immersed in the reading. It is suitable for those who like light thrillers.
Recommended reading!!! I originally opened it with the intention of reading casually, but ended up reading most of the book in one go. The author is very good at creating atmosphere. He can describe the scary atmosphere in just a few sentences, giving him a strong sense of immersion. They are all independent stories, which are just right when you are trying to catch a fish. Many of the twists and turns are quite unexpected, and the stamina is not small. Some of the chapters that are not too scary also have their own unique storylines. I suggest you support them!
There are rare good stories, especially B and C-level stories with strong storytelling, just like Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio and Storytelling Club a long time ago. They are very interesting, full of warmth and discussion, and the story connotations are completely different. I read more than a dozen chapters in one go, but I felt it wasn't enough. I also recommended changing it to a comic series. It would be more interesting if it was changed into a comic series that feels like a picture.
Very well written and beautiful
It's not scary, but it's a good story if it has depth. If it's a bit scarier, it would be perfect 👍
Very nice! There are all kinds of things in the world, and each little story is thought-provoking!
Very good, especially the chapter about Myna
I like it very much. It feels like watching The Horror when I was in school.
It's nice to watch, and the narrative technique is quite realistic.
