Many years later, old Enzo sat in his hideout beneath the dim glow of a magical lamp. He opened the experimental journal that had been with him for most of his life and wrote on its final page:
“The thing I regret most in my life is that, when I defected, I forgot to take that unlucky kid with me.”
That was the first time he met Nini. A dark-skinned little girl with a messy bun, her entire being proclaiming, “I’m poor, but I can fight.” She crouched outside his tent and stared at him for ten seconds before asking the question that changed his life: “Hey, handsome, who are you?”
From then on, his life became remarkably colorful.
It was drizzling the day he defected.
She leaned against the doorpost, arms crossed, with an expression he had never seen before.
“Teacher.”
She hadn’t called him that in a long time.
“I understand your choice. You can do small-time bad things under the rules of the Black Witch Order, but I won’t let you do something like that. If you do… there’ll really be no turning back…”
But in the end, Enzo did it anyway. He told himself it was for the greater good, but he couldn’t find any reason that could convince him. He no longer had the face to see his little mage.
It was like a dream.
In the dream, he was still the genius upperclassman, and his unlucky kid had fallen asleep beside the lab bench, snoring loud enough to shake the heavens. Unable to continue his experiment, he covered her with a blanket, then sat beside her and drank his tea.
The writing is very interesting, funny yet connotative. I hope the author can strengthen the protagonist more and let the children have more elves. Hey, how about we beat Enzo to the underworld of the Dragon King?
Very nice looking Locke Kingdom, the fried chicken looks great
The author's imagination is very open and his ideas are very new. I feel like I have found a treasure.
The best among the fanfics. I like it so much. The author writes very well and has no poisonous points. It is worth reading.
The writing of this book is very good, and the storyline is also unique.
The best among Locke Kingdom fan fictions, I love it so much, ahhhhh
This is the first time I've seen Rock Kingdom. It's really beautiful.
Ah ah ah, I found a treasure. The fried chicken is beautiful and Ni Ni is so cute. Just a good-looking one, nothing to say
It's very good-looking, the character descriptions are particularly interesting, and the plot is even better
This is my favorite Locke Kingdom fanfic that I have read so far. It doesn't have an invincible start and the crazy recovery of the divine pet. It has funny plots but also reveals a hint of sadness. The friendship and different experiences between the three little animals have a sense of mutual growth, which is really great. Nini and Xing had a sense of seeing the magic pill and the spirit bead, and they fell in love. In terms of plot, I feel that the author has a good grasp of the plot, not deviating from the main line and allowing Ni Ni to integrate naturally. I have read more than half of it now, and I am looking forward to the subsequent plots. I hope to give Nini more highlight moments, and I also want to see the bond between Nini and Xiaotu escalate! (It makes me want to raise one too)
