South Street, North Market

The refined young heir Xu Youyang falls in love at first sight with street vendor Zhang Bei amid the bustle of the marketplace.

Their passionate romance begins one dusk at his stall, only to be ruined by Xu Youyang’s momentary whim.

Zhang Bei was already struggling to get by, and his seriously ill father made things even worse. Instead of finding support, he was abandoned when his lover coldly disappeared.

One reckless act crushed every bit of the young man’s affection. Zhang Bei cut off his feelings and quietly left for a faraway place.

By the time Xu Youyang came to his senses, he realized his love had already taken root in his very bones.

He cast aside all pride and crossed thousands of miles in search of Zhang Bei.

The once arrogant young master swallowed his pride, humbled himself, and waited day after day.

“Baby, I know I was wrong. Could you please look back at me?”
