Ye Lingyun is the lowest-ranking servant disciple of the Qingyun Sect, with an inferior waste spirit root. He hauls firewood and water, and everyone bullies him.
Then outer sect disciple Liu Yang forces him to go to the deadly Soulbreak Cliff. The moment he falls, a Primordial Chaos Sword Seed, buried for a million years, awakens within him.
In his previous life, he was the greatest Sword Immortal, who swept across the Nine Heavens and Ten Realms: the Lord of the Nine Heavens Sword.
In this life, he returns to the path of cultivation with the sword arts he remembers from his past life and the Primordial Chaos Sword Seed.
