Linhai City is a city carefully decorated with light and memory. Here, magical girls are looked up to by thousands of people, Kamen Riders guard order, mechas fly across the neon sky, and emotions, traumas and memories can be sealed, edited, and sold. People believe that everything has a name, everything has a purpose, and everything is properly placed. But deep in the cracks of this bustling city, there are still certain lives that are created, defined, and recorded, but have never been truly recognized. When a dangerous existence codenamed "Partial Eclipse" begins to ignite the stars in the dark, four completely different figures are pushed to the center of the city by fate - the magical girl carrying the moon and the sun on her back, the knight in white who steps into the quagmire, the mecha pilot who only believes in the truth, and the outlier who hears the echoes beyond the noise of the world. Like different aspects of hope, justice, truth and freedom, they see each other and collide with each other in the same city. And as one disaster after another, memories that were traded, and truths that had been modified time and time again surfaced, the real cracks in Linhai City gradually emerged: famine was never about a lack of food, but that there were existences that were clearly alive, but no narrative was willing to leave a name for them. When the light of heroes begins to be seen, when pain becomes a commodity, when memory turns into a school of fish in the tide, all order will be re-questioned.
