This is a true story that happened to me; this is a story dedicated to all women who have been hurt in love and still believe in love - only when you no longer look for the bright light will you see the person who silently holds the light for you. "I was once a turbulent sea, washed away repeatedly by illness and emotional pain... Some people gave me blazing flames, some gave me gentle light, some gave me sweet dreams, and some gave me cold feet. They taught me various forms of love, but they failed to give me peace."

The author is so brave to write. This is the true history of emotions and blood and tears for most women, not the domineering wife of a literary city. It spends the first half of its life telling you what "pits" girls will encounter in the process of love, and how cheap the blood and tears shed are; and then it spends the second half of its life telling you that, fortunately, we can still pick up dignity from the ruins and grow bones again. This is a "self-defense technique" and "bleeding patch" for all Qiongyao-minded girls. May we all have the courage to tear off the sugar coating and the resilience to put ourselves back together in a pool of blood.
Thanks to the author for writing all this out. This book is the best "pain reliever" I have ever read. What it heals is not the physical illness, but the heart that has gradually become cold and desperate due to long-term isolation.
