Lord Zhulong and His Little Kitty

A hundred years ago, Lord Zhulong sealed away his memories to save a little cat, then fell into the mortal world. A hundred years later, the little cat finally found Shen Yan, a composer who had lost his hearing. She secretly used magic to treat Shen Yan's ears, exhausting herself until she was as limp as a pancake and sprawled on his pillow with her tongue hanging out. Shen Yan pretended not to know. Every night, he quietly held her a little tighter. * “Why have you never asked where I came from?” An Suisui blinked her big, sparkling eyes and looked at Shen Yan in confusion. Shen Yan smiled tenderly. “You'll tell me when you're ready.” An Suisui put her hands on her hips and said with feigned arrogance, “Actually, I'm here to steal dried fish.” Shen Yan coaxed her with a smile. “You don't have to steal them. All the dried fish are yours, and so am I.” A hundred years ago, he traded his memories for her life, and a hundred years later, she would trade the rest of her life for his memories. That makes us even. Even? I went to all that trouble to lure my soft, fragrant wife back into my den! She's my wife!
