Four Kunming businessmen, Chen Kai, Zhou Guodong, Liu Yang and Zhao Jianguo, were tempted by "Thailand's high-profit projects" to inspect overseas, but they were actually lured to the Myawaddy KK fraud park in Myanmar. They were imprisoned, electrocuted, put in water cells, and forced to engage in telecommunications fraud.
