My Fair Princess: Xiaoyanzi Favors Fuertai

Only Yongqi and Erkang are from the original version. The other main characters follow the style of the newer version!

In her previous life, she gave her heart to Yongqi and suffered in silence. Only afterward did she learn that Ertai had turned down a marriage arrangement for her and had loved her quietly for years.

After being reborn:

Memorable scene one: Yongqi steps forward and confesses passionately: “Xiaoyanzi, marry me. I promise I'll treat you well.”

She rejects him coldly: “Yongqi, I will never love you!”

Memorable scene two: She turns to Ertai of her own accord and tells him plainly how she feels: “I love you. Will you spend the rest of your life with me?”

Beneath the blossoming flowers, Ertai is deeply moved. He answers solemnly: “I've loved you for so long. This is more than I ever dared hope for. For all the years to come, I'll be by your side and make sure you never have a worry in the world.”
