Médecins Sans Frontières was accidentally involved in a military conspiracy on the battlefield, and was forced to cooperate with the cold-faced City Hunter. The two went from mutual suspicion to life and death dependence, and uncovered layers of reversal of the truth, only to find that they had already been deeply involved in the situation.
