A Two-Way Portal from the Start: Modern Technology Feeds the 1980S

Li Chao discovered that the other side of the portal led to another parallel-world Dragon Kingdom! That world’s technology was extremely backward, still stuck in the 1980s, but it was rich in resources and free from Western sanctions! Li Chao immediately reported it: “Chief, the other side is also the Dragon Kingdom. They’re just a little poor. Want us to help?” And so began the greatest poverty-alleviation effort in history. Chips, lithography machines, and aircraft carrier blueprints were shipped across by the ton; oil, rare earths, and metals came back by the ton. The Eagle Empire went mad: “How does the Dragon Kingdom have endless resources? How are their technologies advancing so fast?!” Li Chao grinned. Because we have twice the fun, and twice the Dragon Kingdom! (The main plot in the early stages is about helping the parallel Dragon Kingdom grow stronger bit by bit. Only by shoring up its industrial weaknesses can it provide more resources to 2024. By joining forces, the two sides can encircle the Eagle Empire on the chessboard. Plot progression: one-way aid, mutual assistance, then joining forces to take down the Eagle Empire. The pacing is on the slow side.) (Regarding the characters, the people in the parallel world are wary and guarded at first, not ungrateful. The older generation suffered from great-power aid that came with strings attached, so they’re very cautious. As for the heroine, she’s a very strong-willed person, so she is indeed rather forceful early on.) (This is my first long novel, so the pacing or worldbuilding may not be perfect.
